Neptune Consulting Group, Inc. will perform data backups as part of our I.T. service agreement. We will also restore lost data under more normal circumstances, such as accidental file erasure or hard disk failure.

Access to servers or corporate data may not be available for several days or weeks. This is where Disaster Recovery services differ from merely restoring data from backup media to working servers.
Our Disaster Recovery service will afford you access to emergency backup servers in one of our Data Centers. We will also help set up secure remote access to your corporate data. Your business will survive any local catastrophe. If a cataclysmic event occurs in Southern California, you can access your corporate data in our Dallas Data Center; if catastrophe should strike in Dallas, then you will be able to access your corporate data in our Southern California Data Center.
Just like you don't want to purchase a fire insurance policy after your building burns down to the ground, you also don't want to think about a disaster recovery plan after a catastrophic event takes place.
