Neptune Consulting Group, Inc. monitors customer networks for security and reliability. We have developed our own suite of Network Monitoring tools that we fondly refer to as netmon. If netmon detects that a network is unreachable, unstable, or a monitored network service doesn't respond, then we immediately issue "Network Alert" notifications to designated personnel.

netmon allows Neptune's network engineers to immediately start troubleshooting any network issue. If-and-when we receive a "Network Alert" notification from netmon , we immediately contact the customer to make sure that there isn't something like a power outage taking place.

Our network monitoring programs are web-based and password protected, which allows you to securely monitor the status of your corporate network from anywhere in the world.

Please note that our Network Monitoring service is independent of any other Neptune.Net service offering. You do not need to be a contract I.T. Service customer to subscribe to our Network Monitoring service.
