At Neptune Consulting Group, Inc. we monitor all of our customer's mission-critical servers. We constantly watch the systems' vital signs (CPU, disk I/O, memory usage, etc.), and receive "System Alerts" if problems are detected. We call this system sysmon.

sysmon allows Neptune systems engineers to often fix server problems before they become a problem. When we receive a "System Alert" notification from sysmon , we immediately contact the customer to make sure that there isn't something like an emergency upgrade taking place.

Our system monitoring programs are web-based and password protected, which allows you to securely monitor the status of your corporate servers from anywhere in the world.

Please note that our System Monitoring service is independent of any other Neptune.Net service offering. You do not need to be a contract I.T. Service customer to subscribe to our Network Monitoring service.
